The PR Guy

Ok, I’m going to be up front about who I am. I’m David Greenwood and I handle the public relations for American Profit Recovery. PR isn’t a bad thing. And when you’re representing a company like APR, it can be a fun assignment. I’m here to show everyone just how different APR is.

It’s no secret the collection industry is riddled with bad apples and APR from day one, has tried very hard to change that perception. I would call that PR 101. A bunch of smart guys if you ask me…They were well on their way long before I came on the scene. We’ve just tried to make more people aware of their philosophy. I have found them to be very focused on their ethics, their standards and conducting business in a very professional manner. They treat each customer and I might add each debtor with the utmost respect. That is what separates them from most in the collection industry.

No one likes to get a call from a collection agency or debt collector. But if you get one from these guys and especially Al Scott, profiled recently on this Blog, you will notice a respectful tone and, a desire to help you work out a solution. If you’re a company looking to retain a collection agency, you’d be proud to have them represent you. They are as professional as they get.
